Some homes offer a move in bonus. Terms to qualify are:
1. Long-term Agreement - If you lease-purchase or have a multi-year lease.
2. Non-smoker - If you will not allow residents of your home to smoke in the home.
3. Have No Pets - If you will not have pets while you are residing in our homes.
4. Act Quickly - If you can take possession of the home within a week or two of
application approval.
If you can answer Yes to these conditions above, then you qualify for a $250.00 to
$1,000.00* benefit.
Even if you don't meet all of these qualifications,
you may still qualify for part of the bonus,
